Laser Beam Focusing Lenses

Range of focal lengths for laser marking machines

Our laser marking systems offer a range of focal lengths to adapt to the working distance, the marking field, and the depth required for your application.

To optimize the marking quality, the part must be placed at a certain distance from the focusing lens. This is the focal length or the working distance. This distance varies depending on the focus used and the laser technology used by your machine (fiber, hybrid, green or CO2).

We will help you to define the type of focus suited to your application; contact us!

Double protection for the lens : removable and cleanable glass to protect the lens from scratches and deposits. The reinforced aluminum ring protects from accidental bumps.

  • Details
    • Focal lengths 100 and 160: these focal lengths offer a smaller and more precise beam size, ideal for detailed and very precise markings. With a shorter focal length, these lenses are ideal for deep marking.
    • Focal lengths 254 and 330: these focal lengths offer a larger marking area and a longer working distance. Used for large markings or when the shape of the parts or the location of the machine requires a large focus length. Ideal for surface marking and matrix marking.

Other focal lengths available on request.
